Order Process

  1. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Every effort is made to ship within 2 business days for orders placed under the following conditions. If you require anything urgent, please contact us so we can do our best to expedite your order.
  2. Most orders placed before 12 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will ship the next day. If you order on a Friday, your order will ship on Monday (excluding holidays).
  3. Orders received after 12 p.m. Central Time may be processed until the next day, and they will ship the following business day (2 business days).
  4. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  5. If your order is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

All orders within the U.S. are shipped via UPS through the following shipping options:

  • Free Shipping (1-5 business days from ship date, depending on your location)
  • Ground (1-5 business days from ship date, depending on your location)
  • 2nd Day Air (2 business days from ship date)
  • Next Day Air (1 business day from ship date)

Shipping Costs

All orders $99 and over within the contiguous U.S. qualify for free Ground Shipping (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). All other orders are charged at standard UPS rates. For an estimate enter your shipping details on the shopping cart or checkout page.

Other Shipping Information

Please take into account the following information regarding shipping times and costs:

  • We ship from a central U.S. location.
  • UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you require your item to be shipped to a P.O. Box, USPS will be used for your shipment.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please allow 24 – 48 business hours to investigate.
  • International Shipping and Exchanges: Currently, we do not ship internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working hard to be able to offer international shipments soon.
