Step-by-Step Guide

How to Customize

1. Choose Your Quality

Select from a range of quality levels, including 4X Wool, 6X Rabbit, 10X Beaver/Rabbit, and up to Elite Beaver/Mink.

2. Pick Your Color

Choose from our extensive color chart, featuring options like Black, Silver Belly, Mist Grey, White, and more.

3. Select Your Brim

Decide on the brim length that suits your style, available in sizes from 3 12" to 4 12".

4. Choose Your Crown

Select the crown shape that best fits your look, such as the Cattleman, President, Gus, or Pinch.

5. Choose Your Profile

Select the profile shape that best fits your look, such as the Sinaloa, Texas, Rodeo, or California.

6. Add a Band

Personalize your hat with a band that speaks to you, including options like a classic three-piece buckle set, the long-feathered Snow Creek, and many others.

7. Find Your Size

Ensure a perfect fit by measuring your head or consulting with a Twinstone representative for assistance.

8. Finalize Your Design

Review all your choices and finalize your custom hat.

How to Measure Your Head to Find Your Ideal Felt Hat Size

You should measure your head at an angle so that when you put on your hat, it sits comfortably on your head. The angle will be determined depending on how you wear your hat. Please refer to the image below.

Once you have your measurement, please refer to the table on the right to convert it into your ideal felt hat size.
